If an item is listed as “pre-order,” it means that we haven’t received it in our warehouse yet. As soon as we receive it, we will ship it out to you. Please note if your order contains a pre-order item, we will wait until your entire order is availab
We can modify orders as long as our fulfillment center has not shipped your order yet. Once the order leaves our warehouse, we can no longer make any changes to it. You will have to process a return or exchange once the carrier tries to deliver it to
