Try Before You Buy allows you to try on DOLAN products before making a purchase.

How long do I have to try the items before deciding to keep them?

Try on your items in the comfort of your home for 7 days.

How many items can I try?

You can try up to 8 items at a time.

When do I have to return my items by?

Initiate your return before your trial ends.

Why is there an authorization on my card?

Do I get free shipping or free returns?

I initiated my return, why is my card being re-authorized?

Banks have limits for how long a hold can be valid. We are likely still processing your return. As soon as your return is approved, your card will be charged only for what you kept and will no longer require re-authorizations.

My trial ended and I was charged, but now I want to return something. Is this still possible?
