Our commitment to designing and delivering feel good scrubs for every body is our product guarantee. Our Feel Good Guarantee is exactly that. We stand by our scrubs, and we're confident you will too. If you don't love how you feel in your Dolan scrubs simply reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to make it right.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of their ship date. Once your return has been scanned in and confirmed, we will process your refund to your original payment method. For exchanges or store credit, we offer an extended return window of up to 60 days.
Items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges are:
- All promotional purchases, such as e-Gift Cards, or items marked final sale.
- Items with embroidery or custom-made items.

For all US orders please use our pre-paid return labels so we can track your items. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.
For International Orders return shipping costs will not be covered. Please submit your return through our returns form and ship back your items using your carrier of choice. We do not offer exchanges for international order, yet. Please place a new order in the size, style, and color that you've determined will be a better fit. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking so that you can ensure your order gets back to us safely.
