Our commitment to designing and delivering feel good scrubs for every body is our product guarantee. Our Feel Good Guarantee is exactly that. We stand by our scrubs, and we're confident you will too. If you don't love how you feel in your Dolan scrub

Can I exchange or return an item that I have had embroidered and/or customized?

Sadly, no. We do not accept returns of items with embroidery and/or customization.

What are store credits?

Store credits are offered for items that are returned but not eligible for a refund. You can use your store credits to purchase items from our store. Please note that store credits do not expire and can be used anytime and are as good as cash.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

You can send us an email at [email protected] and process a replacement for the damaged product. If you do not wish to keep the product, we can process a refund or provide you with store credits that you can use to purchase other items in our store
